As a former athlete, I know the rigor and demand that a sport can put on your life. Sometimes it feels like there is no time for anything else. Dating, friendships, and school can all fall to the back-burner, things that "normal" people have time for. My focus is on how to help you juggle that balancing act and draw boundaries in your life, incorporating the other aspects of your identity.
